My love for calisthenics started when I was very little. I have always loved sports, but I was particularly attracted to calisthenics.
Most people don’t really know what calisthenics are, so I will give a brief explanation of it:
Calisthenics is strength training, using body weight. with a combination of gross motor movements. It is can be an alternative for going to the Gym, but it cannot be replaced.
After doing calisthenics for several years, I noticed that I started to plateau in terms of strength and muscle gain. To solve this, I started going to the gym and also incorporated my previous calisthenic exercises. My strength went through the roof. I also noticed that over the next 6 months I had gained an additional 10 lbs of muscle. it was amazing
